手板模型制作讓產(chǎn)品更加直觀

產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)都是大批量的，如果盲目的生產(chǎn)存在著不小的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的過程中，可視化是產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)表達(dá)的重要環(huán)節(jié)，是設(shè)計(jì)討論的基石?？焖儆行У亟a(chǎn)品的模型，可以在相同的時(shí)間獲得更高的設(shè)計(jì)效率。在設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意階段，使用多的往往是基于圖紙的2D表現(xiàn)，然而到了中后期，設(shè)計(jì)的表現(xiàn)將更加具體，應(yīng)該采用更為具體直觀的手板模型作為討論的對象。與平面的2D表現(xiàn)相比，手板模型有著無法替代的優(yōu)勢。
板模型因?yàn)槠淇梢曅院涂捎|摸性，能夠很好的將設(shè)計(jì)師的創(chuàng)意、理念等都直觀的以實(shí)物形式反應(yīng)出來，從而良好的避免了畫出來而做不出來或者做出來不好看等情況的發(fā)生。因此，手板模型往往是新產(chǎn)品在外形推敲的過程中，在成品前的一步。
一般來講，模具的制作費(fèi)用都比較高，有的模具一個(gè)能夠達(dá)到數(shù)十萬元甚至上百萬。并且一旦在制作出來后發(fā)現(xiàn)有不理想的地方，又須要重新再做，這個(gè)損失是可以遇見的。所以，手板模型就很好的避免了模具的這項(xiàng)缺點(diǎn)，在市場中也的到越來越多的重視。
手板模型可以使產(chǎn)品的細(xì)節(jié)更加明確，產(chǎn)品的視覺感受更加直觀，設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)中每個(gè)人都能夠察看這些設(shè)計(jì)，在協(xié)調(diào)整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作方面優(yōu)勢明顯。例如在設(shè)計(jì)鼠標(biāo)造型時(shí)，對多種造型方案均做出模型用于設(shè)計(jì)討論，相比較于2維平面圖，1:1制作的手板模型更為直觀，設(shè)計(jì)人員可以通過直接的握持感受鼠標(biāo)的使用效果，使鼠標(biāo)造型的討論建立在更加真實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上，這是平面圖紙所無法替代的。
